Homeowner assessments are billed to homeowners in January of each year. Letters sent with the invoice indicate the actual due date of the assessments. Currently our annual dues are $576.00.

Bollinger Hills dues are relatively low because we do not use a paid management company.  Bollinger Hills residents manage all aspects of the association. Landscaping maintenance, pool maintenance, and other necessary services are contracted to local companies.  However, everything else, including financials, architecture, CC&Rs, newsletter, and board members, are all fulfilled by owners.  Financial management is conservative and our treasurer, along with the board of directors, is very diligent in keeping costs under control.
