Welcome to the Bollinger Hills Neighborhood Connection!

The Bollinger Hills community is located in San Ramon, CA, in the hills west of highway 680. There are 538 homes in the development, ranging in size from 1800 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft.

West of the development is the Bishop Ranch Regional Preserve, managed by the East Bay Regional Park District. This park is public accessible, complete with hiking trails and stunning scenery. Many of the homes on the east side of Morgan Dr. overlook the city, with a view of Mt. Diablo.

Morgan Drive is the primary access road through Bollinger Hills. This street intersects two main thoroughfares in San Ramon - Bollinger Canyon Road and San Ramon Valley Blvd.

Bollinger Hills residents enjoy a community pool, park and picnic area, enclosed cabana (with a kitchen and restrooms), and three tennis courts.  These amenities are for the exclusive use of Bollinger Hills residents and are centrally located on Morgan Drive.

The purpose of this site is to provide information about our neighborhood and the workings of the association.  We are proud of our neighborhood and our homes. It is the association's purpose to maintain and improve, so that we can continue to enjoy our neighborhood and protect the value of our investments.

Our Homeowners Association

The Bollinger Hills Homeowners Association is self-managed by a volunteer group composed entirely of residential property owners. The association is presided over by a five-member Board of Directors. Additionally, the Architectural Review Committee serves to evaluate all approval requests for architectural and landscaping projects. Other committees have been created to manage the various BHHOA services.

All homeowners automatically become a member of the Bollinger Hills Homeowners' Association upon purchasing their property. BHHOA dues
are billed semi-annually.

The best way to become involved with and informed about our community is to attend the monthly association meetings. BHHOA Meetings are held the 2nd Wednesday of the month, 7:30 PM, at the Cabana. All homeowners are welcome.

The Neighborhood Voice is a new way to let us know about areas of concern in your Bollinger Hills neighborhood. You can even use this form simply to forward a suggestion to our Board of Directors or a BHHOA committee.

BOCCE BALL and a GLASS OF RED WINE?

Construction has begun on the Bollinger Hills bocce ball court, for the exclusive use of our residents. The court will be located to the rear of the tennis courts, with tiered seating on the hill above. While the court is under construction, residents are reminded to please stay out of the area.

Meeting Notice - The next Homeowners Association meeting will be held Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 7:30 PM.
